Fast loading method
20 grams per day, for 6 days. You take 4 servings of 5 grams, together with meals and just before bed. The creatine level in your muscles will increase rapidly. As creatine binds water,
a weight increase of 1-2 kg may occur.
After this loading phase, for a period of 2-4 weeks use: 0.03 g/kg bodyweight per day in 1-2 portions to maintain the elevated creatine level.
Slow loading method
Take 0,05 g/kg bodyweight serving for 30 days. This should be taken shortly after training.
